Dear Friend,
My dolls are made of 100% brand new materials. To my knowledge no lead was used in the manufacture of these materials. 'Safety eyes' are used and though they are very secure, if the threads around the eyes are cut the whole apparatus could come out and cause a choking hazard to very small children. Sewn-on cloth eyes are always an option if you prefer. The dolls are filled with brand new polyfill and the yarn is hypo-allergenic acrylic. I buy all my materials from either WalMart or Joanns and all the materials I use conform to Non-Toxic ASTM D4236 standards.
